Summer is great for Provo housing

Did you know that most Provo condos and apartments offer great specials during the spring / summer semesters at BYU?

Housing is cheap because most of the students go home. Its a great time to try something new.

I would usually find a cheap fall / winter place to live. This is when housing costs more. But during the spring / summer I would have a nice upgrade. I found awesome condos with great amenities for less than my normal rent.

Also, this is also an interesting way to meet a wide variety of people. There are unique characteristics to people who live in the cheaper and more expensive apartments. I suggest you experience them both.

I know its still cold out, but this is just a heads up, good luck finding a cool place to live for the summer.
